Summer Program Futbol Academy U9-U10

The Creative Player Futbol Academy for ages U9 & U10 is a ‘Time for Technique’.  Children are entering the Golden Age of Learning (ages 7 – 12) and are ready to begin to master the basic technical elements of the real game.  Children are challenged to develop proficiency in all aspects of our DMAC Futbol curriculum.  DMAC (dynamic movement and coordination) is at the heart of our training methodology for all age groups.  Children rehearse and practice DMAC coordination movements, dribbling & conduction, passing & receiving, shooting & finishing, and speed & agility. Repetition is the key to learning!  The academy also teaches children to apply their growing base of technical skills to game situations through competitive small-sided games.  Here the basic principles of modern play are introduced and taught to help children learn to begin to play today’s real game.
