Thank you for applying for Creative Player Winter Indoor Soccer League. Our league will begin on December 6, 2014. Below is a table with each age group, fees, and a link for our application. 

Early Bird Discount ends before October 15th at a cost of $400 per team, all applications after this date will be $450 per team.

Payment for the league can be made by credit card (mastercard, visa, discover, american express). Paying by mail is acceptted (check) and should be mailed to the address below with a copy of your tournament reciept.
