JOHN PIETAK is the founder of Creative Player, Inc. and author of the Creative Player Coaching Vision. As a former soccer player John received national recognition for his creative attacking style of play as a high school All-American from Rochester, NY and as a collegiate All-American at Catawba College in Salisbury, NC. As a Creative Player technical director John is well known in the Charlotte, NC area for establishing innovative, and highly successful age appropriate soccer programs featuring the Creative Player SKILLS learning system. John continues to share the Creative Player Coaching Vision with an ever-increasing audience both in Charlotte and surrounding regions.

John is the Director of the Level I SKILLS Mastery Academy.

Ralph Wager

RALPH WAGER is a highly respected Creative Player technical trainer and facilitator of youth soccer programs in the Charlotte, NC area. Previously, he served as head coach of Catawba College in Salisbury, NC for seven years after serving as a high school coach for 16 years in Webster, NY. In New York, Wager served as State ODP Head Coach. Wager’s Catawba teams won nine conference or district championships. Over twenty of Ralph’s former high school or college players earned All-American honors. Fourteen players went on to play professionally. Coach Wager holds both USSF “A” and NSCAA Advanced National Coaching Certificates.

DEREK HARRELL began training with Coach Pietak early in his high school career.  He played four years of soccer at East Mecklenburg High School before joining the Charlotte 49ers in 2003.  He has been working with Creative Player since 2003.  Before taking a position with Weddington Soccer, Derek was a coach for Matthews Soccer Club.  Derek is currently working on both his NSCAA Diplomas and USSF Licenses.

Derek serves as the Creative Player Technical Director at Wesley Chapel-Weddington Athletic Association.
